Le Jardin (The Garden) is an independent annexe to our own house. It is so named because its entrance leads directly to the garden and pool area. When not in use as a self-catering apartment we use these rooms to provide bed and breakfast. Le Jardin has both double glazing and full oil fired central heating and is therefore particularly suitable for off-season use. |

The terrace and garden area immediately outside Le Jardin is south-facing and sheltered by tall hedges making it ideal for dining al-fresco. There is a patio table and chairs
and a BBQ for those long warm summer evenings and direct access to the
pool area where sun-loungers can be found during the summer months. |

The entrance leads to a hallway with an ancient oak floor and doors to each of the rooms. The spacious living room has leather arm chairs for relaxation and a large dining table seating 6. The modern flat-screen TV receives UK channels (BBC, ITV, Ch4 etc.) via satellite and non-subscription French terrestrial digital channels. The kitchen area is comprehensively equipped and includes a gas hob, refrigerator with freezing compartment and a combined microwave and oven. |

The bedrooms are arranged either side of the hallway. Bedroom 1 is a double whilst Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds. Both are en-suite with their own toilets, washbasins and thermostatically controlled shower. |

| We provide all bedding and also bath and hand towels. Additional equipment includes a clothes airer, ironing board and iron. There is a radio/CD player but please bring your own CDs (our musical taste may not be to your liking!). | ||||||||
